No info about it in this month's Hobby Japan and Dengeki Hobby, except on the sculptor's website: http://www.kgs-hiromen.jp/wf2006natu.html
It's produced by an individual and for sale at the fan sections of the event, that's why the hobby mags didn't mention it. They only mention stuff that's produced by big name companies and not individual works.
