Proxy buying service for hard-to-find, vintage, and limited edition items, latest news on Japan exclusive hobby collectibles, and coverage of hobby events in Tokyo!
WF is definitely way better since it's the biggest hobby event in Japan, tons of big toy companies there announcing their next product line-ups, and lots of exclusives to buy as well. Oh and I also had the pleasure of meeting Max Watanabe, the owner of Max Factory, and the main cast members, creator and director of Gunbuster 2! As you can see from my coverage, I took a pic of Max Watanabe and also shook his hand! I didn't expect to meet him there and regretted that I didn't bring any Max Factory stuff or even his books there to have him sign it. I'll definitely be more prepared for the next WonderFest 2007 Winter in February!
Just let me know when you're coming to Tokyo and I'll schedule some time to meet up with you and go toy hunting together in Akihabara! By the way, might I know who you are? Nice coverage!
In your opinion which show was better?
WF or Chara Hobby?
Maybe some day we can meet up when I am in Tokyo?
Thanks again for the great coverage and PICS...
