Info: Both items will first be available at Jump Festa 2007 from 22-23 December, then available through Animate stores throughout Japan. Currently available for preorder through Animate's online store and soon through Amazon.co.jp. There will be an overseas edition for both items but interchangeable heads will not be included.

Do you know if the U.S Release will come with the face shown in the picture you posted or this one

The overseas edition will probably come with the normal face version as posted. I can only assume that the sad face version is the alternate face that only comes with the Japanese release. I don't know for sure since there's no information available on it at this time.
