Update

Huge shipment from GSC has finally arrived! There's actually a bit more stock that what's shown in the pic. The shipment arrived yesterday evening and we're hard at work processing all orders. Some shipments had already gone out today and more tomorrow. Please allow 1-2 days for me to send email notifications regarding shipments to all customers.

Computer problems that I had for the past several days are mostly fixed. I currently have over 150 emails to respond to so please remain patient while I work throughout the night to get back to everyone as quickly as I can.

Give him a break will ya , how would you be if you pc would be down and had to borrow someone else he's pc for the mails and all not to mention if you have to go true 200+ mails + you still have a day job too , how would you be in he's position ?

I wouldn't complain if I do not have valid reason. A few things to take note:

1. Part time? No, he is full time in this business as stated in his profile.

2. It is stated 1-2 to reply emails. And now it is 1 week after this post being posted.

3. Broken PC? As stated as well computer problems are mostly fixed.

All 3 facts are stated by Mr.Joseph himself.
Please do delete this post if Mr.Joseph thinks this is totally wrong.

I received Joseph's email yesterday. Even though it's urgent (due to some hiccups), I also hope he could reply soon. But I do note that he doesn't serves 1 customer but to many customers, especially when he has so much Snow Miku to handle.

Be patient and give him some times...

Yeah give it some time, I got my package yesterday ( <3 Ui! ). The email arrived the day before it came so it's just a little behind is all.

Sorry guys for the delay. I've been behind on my emails and shipments as well as a whole bunch of other things that I had to do for the past couple of weeks, particularly with trying to retrieve important data from the dead hard drive and trying to find a way to fix some computer issues. My computer is slightly over 4 years old now, and it's probably time for me to get a new one. ^^;

It's difficult to catch up with everything after the recent move to a new apartment, huge shipments coming in, summer hobby events to attend for customers, and just me working on a ton of emails daily. I totally understand customers' frustrations with delays because I'd feel the same way too if I don't know the status of my order and emails not being answered in a timely manner. Please understand that I'm pushing myself as hard as I can to catch up during the busiest summer season I've had since I first started this business. Anyone still waiting for a response please resend your emails and I'll get back to you ASAP! If you're wondering about the status of your order, please do not hesitate to email me.
