I got a few sweet deals from Tuesday's Super Festival and came home later that evening to a package containing Nendoroid Lucky Star Chara-Ani exclusives!

The latest addition to my Rider Mask Display collection! Got the Kamen Rider Stronger mask from a dealer at Super Festival for 900 yen about 30 minutes before the start of the event. Just a few minutes before the event started, the guy marked the price up to 1,200 yen after realizing that he's the only seller that has it for sale! ^^; This is the first Rider mask in the series that does not have clear eyes.
















I immediately snagged up a Neca Biohazard 10th anniversary Zombie figure at Super Festival when my favorite Kamen Rider creature designer Yasushi Nirasawa pointed out that it was a mere 300 yen, and he was about to pay for his when I met him at the event. He got the figure because he wanted the zombie dog, while I love both zombies but never got one 'cus of the high 2,400 yen retail until it was on sale at just 300 yen.

















My S.I.C. Kamen Rider Blade series collection is now complete with the addition of this Toei Hero Net exclusive S.I.C. Kamen Rider Garren Jack Form! Got two for the price of 12,000 yen each. Seller originally wanted 15,000 yen for one but I managed to get him to lower the price down to 12,000 yen when I offered to get two pieces off him. The extra piece was purchased on behalf of my friend. A little pricey but considering that it's currently going for 15,000-18,000 yen at the hobby stores in Akihabara, I think it's a good deal.

















Speaking of good deals, I got this unopened set of two at the event for 4,000 yen! Not too far from the original retail price of 1,700 yen each.
















A short while after I got back from Super Festival, the delivery man came over to drop off a package containing the Chara-Ani exclusive Nendoroid Lucky Star figures. Here's the official homepage version of Konata and Kagami.
















And here's the Chara-Ani version of Konata and Kagami. I'm still deciding whether I should keep the official homepage version or the Chara-Ani version. Both versions look so adorable!

Today's haul is the sizzling hot 1/8 Dark Elf Female PVC figure from Good Smile Company! Originally released in May 2007, this is the first reissue of the wildly popular GSC online shop exclusive, and quite possibly the first ever limited edition exclusive PVC figure to be reissued! Go here for the item page on GSC website.

This reissue version is identical to the initial release and also limited to 2,000 pieces, but this time it comes with a Lineage II seven-day free trial serial code printed on a piece of card inserted underneath the top flap of the box. Serial code will expire in August 2008. Whoever sees this first is free to use the serial code and play the game for free for seven days! Go here to sign up and enter serial code. You'll need to be able to read Japanese in order to sign up and play. I don't have time to play it, unfortunately. To whoever logged in with the serial code first, enjoy! ^_~

Kamen Rider Dark Kabuto & Souji Tendou -- GET!!

Just arrived today are two awesome 12" action dolls: Medicom Toy's BM! Project Kamen Rider Dark Kabuto and Souji Tendou! From my favorite tokusatsu show Kamen Rider Kabuto, these two are limited edition online mail order exclusives as previously reported here. I have an extra set that will be listed up for auction on eBay by this weekend. Check back soon for details!

Here are the latest additions to my growing collection of signed goodies! Bought the following items from Hobby Complex 03:

Two Zeiram 2 small posters. One free poster with each purchase of any items at the Keita Amemiya Master of Art booth. I had the Zeiram illustration poster signed on the front and back. Now I gotta think of how I'm gonna frame it up to show both the front and back sides of the poster! Perhaps I'll just put it in a clear holder.










Keita Amemiya's Kiba visual works book - 4,500 yen - signed on the second page after the front cover.










Two Hobby Japan GARO mooks - 2,000 yen each - I brought mine over and bought another one to have it signed for my friend. One signed by Keita Amemiya and another signed by both Takayuki Takeya and Keita Amemiya. The latter was sold to my friend.










Fewture Green Man Chrysalis - 2,980 yen - signed by sculptor Yasushi Nirasawa! Perfect to go along with my clear Man Chrysalis also signed by him!
















One on the left is Bandai S.I.C. Kamen Rider Pre-Amazon Toei Hero Net exclusive that I brought to the event and got S.I.C. sculptor Takayuki Takeya to sign it! He stamped his seal on the Pre-Amazon text as well but didn't stay on there visibly. The Super Festival 46 flyer was signed by Yasushi Nirasawa after he signed the Green Man Chrysalis.
















A white autograph board signed by famous voice actor Akira Kamiya - 3,000 yen - yes, it cost that much for an autograph ... hope to meet him next time and get his signature on my 1/48 VF-1S 25th anniversary version.

Fewture Zeiram 2 Dokuro Kwan-Non soft vinyl figure - 2,500 yen - sculpted by Takayuki Takeya - I have absolutely zero interest in this item but had to get one in order to get one signature from Takayuki Takeya. Just got back from day 1 of the Tamashii Nation 2008 exhibit held at Akihabara UDX Akiba_Square. Great exhibit with tons of stuff to see and some very interesting new announcements for Bandai's S.I.C., Saint Cloth Myth, and Soul of Chogokin series. Unfortunately, no photography was allowed inside so these all all I managed to take.








Unpainted prototypes of S.I.C. Kamen Rider Den-O Sword Form & Momotaros were revealed at the event with a July release date. Not impressed with them 'cus I hate that friggin' show! Not much different from the show designs either.

Bandai plans to release a new S.O.C. Tetsujin #28 figure after S.O.C. Daimos. The one following Tetsujin is a yet-to-be-named robot from Super Robot Wars franchise. My money's on either Alt Eisen or SRX!

There were a few announcements for Saint Cloth Myth but I'm not familiar with the series and there weren't any name plates under each figure. There's a Silver Cloth Pegasus Seiya figure with wings on display that I had not seen before and a couple new Appendix figures. Plenty of dioramas there including one striking display of all five main Saints in Gold Cloths on gold display bases. Theres a life-size Sagittarius Gloth Cloth on a black dummy figure on display, too.
