The item is a Gemaga magazine and Kotobukiya Webshop exclusive only. It will not be available through HLJ or any other shops unless they get the item through a supplier in Japan who buys the item at retail and sell them at a marked up price, then they in turn need to mark up to sell it in order to make a profit.

Kotobukiya limits customers' orders to 3 pieces per person and I've already submitted my order for three. All reserved for my customers. There's no other way to get the item other than to buy it from hobby shops at marked up prices upon release.
